PDFExportable monthly reports
The problem
Nursing homes still write almost everything on paper and scattered spreadsheets: who took their meds, who got visitors, who ate. Information gets lost between shifts, and putting together the monthly report for families and the institution takes hours of manual work.
The solution
AssisConnect brings that daily routine to the phone and the computer. Staff log attendance, health notes and visits on the spot, from anywhere in the home; coordinators follow everything on a dashboard and generate the monthly PDF reports in one tap. It's the same system on three screens: an app for Android and iPhone, a website for the computer, and a single backend behind it all.
What it can do
Home dashboard
shows at a glance how many residents there are, the month's birthdays, the day's activities and alerts, like a resident with no visits for over 30 days.
Resident records
a complete profile with photo, instant search and filters by age, sex and status.
Daily attendance
mark who joined each activity by tapping the person's photo, with the option to fix past records.
Weekly menu
plan breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day and show today's menu on the dashboard.
Monthly reports
generates the statistics automatically and exports a PDF ready to hand to families and the institution.
Stack
Behind the scenes there is a single hub answering both the phone app and the computer website, so the two always follow the same rules. For the university demo it runs with nothing to install, with sample data already loaded.
Technical challenges
- Making the app and the website follow the same rules without duplicating code: one backend serving both.
- Accessibility from day one, not bolted on at the end: themes and adjustable font on every screen.
- Generating the same polished PDF on the phone and in the browser.
- An age filter with two draggable handles, built from scratch, working with both touch and mouse.
- Running on the university's computers with nothing to install, using an in-memory database with sample data preloaded.

AgenHub is the barbershop's online booking system. Each barbershop gets its own link where clients book appointments on their own, any time of day. On the other side, the owner manages everything from one simple dashboard: the schedule, the money, the clients and the plans, on desktop or mobile.

SubliMaster is a Windows application installed on the print shop's machine. It talks directly to CorelDRAW (COM automation + 30 VBA macros) and turns the manual workflow into four buttons: Fit Uniforms applies names and numbers to the whole order, Propagate carries the front artwork to the back and sleeves, Export generates the files named and organized by client, and the Print Queue connects everything to the plotter. It's sold as a product: license keys, per-user permissions and automatic updates. The client clicks a popup and gets the new version.

Me Leva gives the rescuer her own channel, away from Instagram. Visitors browse the pet catalog, open a profile with photos and fill out the multi-step adoption form; the rescuer follows everything from one panel: records, candidates, donations and even site visits. People who want to rehome an animal create an account and submit it for approval.
